“I had a lot of hip pain when walking and doing normal activities. I felt like I was never going to be normal again. Like it was all over for me. I was out of options, or so I thought. Julie Anne has taught me that ‘less is more’. Small changes I’ve made in my posture and sitting have helped a lot. She added foot splays and socks and what a difference they make in my overall feeling better. The ball releases are my ‘go to’ anytime my feet are sore. And of course, the shoes! I learned about shoes too! Who knew? I now walk without pain. I'm gaining strength, constantly breathing properly which helps in many areas.
