“I was referred to Julie Anne because of my back and leg pain. I do have issues in my back, but I like to be active and I was looking for relief. I felt like the last 3 years I was at a standstill, and not able to get more fit. Julie Anne uncovered a lot of tightness in my shoulders and neck, along with not so good breathing habits. She taught me specific breathing and corrective exercises, and within just a couple of months I am moving better and have much better mobility and balance. I’m able to do things I want to, like working out in the yard and know how to help my body. This is a wonderful program!”
