“I’ve learned so much about my overall foot health and how it impacts the rest of my body. Julie Anne has taught me some "Julie tricks" that I can use to fix something that hurts, and she's also emphasized the importance of breathing efficiency and proper posture and alignment. As a result of working with Julie Anne, my heel spurs no longer hurt, my arches are not falling in as much, and my feet point straight ahead, instead of a little ‘off-center’. I'm also more aware of standing and moving correctly and where my feet and body’s positioning should be. This has eliminated my back pain.”
