Julie Anne has been my trainer for years, and I originally hired her because I liked what I saw when she worked with other people. My exercise routines involve challenging resistance training, and as a result, I am able to continue traveling with confidence. I have travelled to 82 countries over the years, with Africa, Japan and Morocco being my favorites. My most recent trip was to South America, where my daughter in law became very ill, ended up in the hospital in Argentina, and to my surprise, they taught her the same breathing practice and has continued with online help through the process that Julie Anne’s teaches, and has greatly benefited from it. I would highly recommend Julie Anne to anyone who wants to continue to live an active lifestyle, or to those wanting to stay independent.
