December Fitness Friend Spotlight

I hired Julie Anne along with my wife as a ‘tag along’ to see what she had to offer for addressing both my unwanted chronic and sudden onset pain. Boy, am I glad I did! In a considerable short amount of time my body has begun to figure out what it feels like to be in proper alignment and I’ve learned how to help myself move and feel better on a daily basis. I’ve learned that, despite knowing better, I was not carrying my body in a way that allowed it to function well and happily (relatively pain free) and that I did not have to work hard to make it happen. Julie Anne knows her stuff and relates it in an easily understandable way. Her energy, excitement and enthusiasm (and hugs!) make her a wonderful coach and trainer with her ‘no pain approach’ to wellness and proper body functioning. Pain does not = gain.
